Power of Attorney

I hearby authorize Conserve Energy L.P. acting through its managers, officers, or employees, to (i) access Customer’s account (s) with each Retail Electric Provider (“REP”) with whom Customer has an account; (ii) obtain copies of Customer’s payment history, billing history, and historical usage information from Customer’s current or past REP; (iii) communicate with a REP on behalf of Customer; (iv) negotiate one or more service agreements on behalf of Customer for retail electric service and bind Customer to the terms of any such service agreements; (v) terminate any account with a REP; (vi) incur any fees on Customer’s behalf in connection with the termination of any account; and (vii) do such further acts on behalf of Customer with respect to service agreements as Conserve Energy L.P., in its reasonable judgment, believes to be in the best interests of Customer. By its signature below, Customer hereby appoints Conserve Energy L.P. as Customer’s agent with limited power of attorney to act on Customer’s behalf in obtaining the information described above, negotiating or terminating the agreement(s) described herein, or taking such other action as set forth herein.
